Group Services
Group services bring together children with similar goals and interests, building your child’s social network, sense of community, and providing the opportunity to practice social skills in a supported safe space.
The ultimate goal of group services it is to create a positive experience where children learn about themselves and develop the skills needed to advocate for their needs.
Sensory Regulation Groups
Discoverers
By developing their sense of interoception, your child will uncover and understand how their body feels on the inside. By the end of this session, Discoverers are able to connect their internal body cues to their energy and emotional states.
Length: 6 weeks
Explorers
Through the exploration of each individual sensory system, your child will not only finish this group with a personalized toolkit of sensory motor strategies that they can use to support their ability to self-regulate, but also build self-advocacy skills so they can tell teachers, parents, and caregivers what they need.

Social Optics
This unique eight-week program is offered individually, as a group program, as well as online through virtual services. Social optics is designed to support teens to better understand neurodiverse communications and how to navigate social interactions in a neurotypical world.

This group is best suited for teens ages 14-18 who can participate in group discussions.
Cost: $640 (group) or $880 (individual) + purchase of program $150 USD
